Could mean nothing, could mean everything, but that comment up there “Will a bit more time on the couch lead Beckett into Castle‘s bed?” makes me really think Castle and Beckett are the blind Item. He could have said something like “Castle’s arms”, right? Or am I reading too much into that?

OK, how does her time on the shrink’s couch lead Beckett into Castle’s bed? Do you really think she’s going to sit there and tell Burke, “I wanna bang Castle like a bongo drum”. I doubt it

Haha Wouldn’t that be fun though? No, I really don’t think either, but I think a talk with the shrink might lead her, finally, to take the finale step, put aside all her fears and confront Castle about what is going on with him and tell him how she feels. 

I think that’s where it is going too, and yes part of the “final step” could be making that leap into the physical part of their relationship, but I think the phrasing is mostly trying to pump us up.
